How we handle data
What we collect
When you view a tailored outreach page we record the page visited, the time, how long it was in the foreground, which parts you interacted with, and general device information such as device type, browser and screen size. We derive an approximate city and country from your network connection. If you send an enquiry, we also store the name, email address and message you provide.
What we do not do
We do not store your IP address. Outreach analytics do not save an identifier on a prospect's device, and we do not use advertising trackers, build advertising profiles, or sell this data. The site uses session storage only to restore page position during the same browser session. Our own operator devices may use a local marker so internal visits can be excluded.
How repeat visits are recognised
To tell a returning visitor from a new one, your IP address and browser type are combined with a rotating secret and converted into an irreversible code. That code cannot be turned back into your IP address, and the secret changes every 14 days, after which the code no longer links to you.
Why we do this
We use it to understand whether the work we prepare is useful — for example, whether a proposal was read and which examples were watched. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how our own materials are received.
Retention and contact
Usage records and enquiries are kept for no more than 12 months and are then deleted automatically. To ask what we hold or to have it removed, use the contact form on our homepage and we will action it.
